We offer a free trial period for new users. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial automatically expires after the specified period unless you choose to subscribe.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically provided in these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the next billing cycle.
We implement industry-standard security measures including bank-level encryption, compliance certifications, and granular permission controls to protect your data.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the N2N CRM platform. We do not claim ownership over your customer data, contacts, or business information.
By using our Service, you consent to our collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. In the event of extended downtime, Enterprise customers may be eligible for service credits as outlined in their specific SLA.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, N2N SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. N2N SOLUTIONS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless N2N Solutions and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data for a period of 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where N2N Solutions is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and N2N Solutions regarding the use of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
